Shipping & Returns

Shipping charges from your original order are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility and non-refundable.

International Customers:

Ship returns with UPS and specify that the item is being returned. If you choose to use another carrier, or fail to categorize your return properly with customs, any Brokerage or customs fees are your responsibility. Collect on Delivery (COD) shipments will be refused.

Cancellations:

There is no cancellation fee for a special order or back-ordered saddle that is canceled within 1 week of the order date. Special order or back-ordered saddles will have a 5% cancellation fee if cancelled after 1 week of ordering.

Condition:

All items must be in new condition with tags attached. An unused item will show no scuffs, scratches, dirt, or horse hair.

Saddle Return Policy:

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your new saddle please return the unused saddle for a refund or exchange within 7 days of purchase. We want you and your horse to be happy, so try your new saddle on, but ensure you’ve inspected it to make sure it is the saddle you ordered. Saddles require a break in period and have to be ridden in several times before they will sit completely down around your horses back. Wear a soft pair of breeches and a clean saddle pad with soft stirrup leathers (or cover your leathers with a pair of old socks) so you can ride in the saddle and ensure it fits you and your horse. Full credit will only be given on a saddle if there are no signs of wear, dirt or use. A restocking fee of 10% will be assessed on saddles that are not returned in new condition.
